Becuase of my nervousness, when filling out her form online, I did not include all my information correctly. As such, we had a difficult time to connect, again it was my fault. once we did connect, I wish I had completely filled in the form the first time. This girl is FANTASTIC. If only she lived in Tampa and not Miami, I would have a new ATF
