Based on this visit, Carmen does not like what she does. She seemed bored, half asleep, and totally uninterested in what I wanted. The hour (actually 30 minutes) was too restrictive and business-like. Previous reviews do not paint this picture so I'm not sure what has happened to Carmen but my advice to Balto-Wash hobbiests - stay away! There are far better providers in the area!
