Like others have said, it's a standard two-call set up. I called a few days before to make an appointment, and she was nice and professional on the phone. I showed up at the incall location with the fee in an envelope and a box of chocolates. She opened the door in a sexy, fairly skimpy outfit, and gave me a hug as a came in. She put the envelope and chocolates aside and we sat down on the bed.
