I had e-mailed Brooke a few times last month and she was very prompt with her replies. Like others on TER I was a bit hesitant with relatiively little information available. After she gets comfortable with you, she will provide a contact phone number that she asks not be posted. So while I still was unsure, after she posted her Holiday Gift Rates I decided what have I got to lose.
