This was my first time with Joy, although I have read many reviews on TER about her agency. It is incall in a nice apartment near the art museum in Philadelphia. Setting up the appointment was easy, as well as getting into the apartment. Anna greeted me with a long, black negligee, which looked outstanding with her pale skin and long blond hair.
