General Details

Called Heather at the agency and she was super nice, super easy to work with. Would do business with her again in a heartbeat. Angel, on the other hand... Well, I gues YMMV and she must have been off, because the terrific reviews she has were not in evidence during my visit. I was scheduled for a late morning visit. When I got to the hotel, Angel had just finished her RS breakfast and smelled like ketchup from her hash browns and the dishes were still on the table.
