This will be straight to the point: There is no one better and there cannot be anyone better than Kate in this hobby. Sorry everyone else, just cannot be. Unbelievably professional set up. some email exchange that she was clearly enjoying which led to the appointed day and hour at a very very upscale hotel which she arranged.
