Sometime when you plan in advance but the things never workout like the way you think it would. I scheduled with 2 provider with good reviews for my LA trip, the 1st one got cold and had to cancelled right before my trip. I figure that's OK, at least I can see my other one. Guess what? Even with the email confirmation from her the day before, she was no show(no email, no phone call, nothing!). After half hour past the schdule time.
