I found out Alanna was coming to Boston and made my appointment a day in advance. Very nice phone service from one of her friends back home. Made my second call at the hotel and had to wait a bit, but not a problem. Hotel has convenient underground parking for guests, which was a pleasant surprise. Alanna works hard to please, and enjoys her work.
