Review: Akiya

General Details

They say that fate is something that was meant to be so I supposed Akiya and I was destined to meet. Let me explain, I was supposed to meet Akiya earlier in the year, but an unfortunate incident postponed that date. I thought it would be at least a year before I would get to meet her. We communicated a few times by email to keep in touch as I felt had a little chemistry between us. We both looked forward to meeting next year but as good fate would have it, I was informed of a business conference that I was asked to attend in September and the location of the conference was of all places…Phoenix, Arizona (which was Akiya’s home State). So as soon as I confirmed my travel accommodations I contacted her to schedule our long awaited date. I called her when I arrived in Phoenix to reconfirm our date and asked her for a 2 hour Nuru date; which I was really looking forward to. I set up the AC to cool the room, placed several LED candles throughout, played some background music (instrumental) and got the chocolate wine (her favorite) ready.

Our date was in the late afternoon and it was still in the mid-100s when she arrived at my hotel. I met her in the lobby and she wore this short red sundress with a hat and “WOW” she looked so great. She looks pretty in her pictures, but I will honestly tell you that she looks so much more beautiful in person. In the room we gave each other a hug and LFK hello. With all of the previous emails and texts it seemed like we have known each other for a while. I opened a bottle of chocolate wine and we chatted for a few minutes. She then went into the bathroom to change.
