I called and scheduled a mtg with Rachael, but I ended up getting lost and running really late. The Agency wanted to reschedule, but Rachael said she woudl wait for me. I must have arrived 45 minutes late, yet she still had a great attitude.
I was the first for the day which made it all that better.
