Veteran hobbyists and providers alike don't mind helping newbies. We were all newbies at one time. However, sometimes you can find answers on your own, especially to common questions that show up about once a week.

Some providers have three or even four call system. Call once to make appointment (but, she only gives you general directions, and not exact directions), call again when you get to general directions and she gives you the hotel. Third call is when your there and she gives you the hotel room number. The 3 or 4 call system varies, typically, we just say 2 to 3 call system. Hope that helps.
