Room a pig sty. Pics are old(though she's still attarctive). Showed no interest at all in creating the GFE atmosphere BDJ is famous for.
While I was there(all of 20 minutes!) an incident with the hotel staff provoked a tirade of foul mouthed, racist remarks that amazed me.
I'd call Kim but I not the complainer type and she's too busy for a lengthy phone call.
She does need to interview these girls.
You're not the complainer type? Yet you post publicly here? It seems that this is something that you could have taken up with Kim privately and trying to resolve one on one first.
If she doesn't know it is broke, how can she fix it?
If she was that busy, she would have called you back. She takes bad sessions very seriously. Kimber is one of her new girls, so she does not know how her sessions are. I know she would appreciate the feedback.
My general rule of thumb if I am not satisfied with a session is that I discuss it with the agency/provider first. If I don't get a satisfactory resolution, then I post it on the boards.
I would still reccommend giving her a call. Good Luck!
I must apologize. You are all correct in that I should have called Kim directly. I guess I was just overwhelmed by the sad experience and needed to vent.
Kim, please forgive. You have always been a stand up person, professional and courteous in every way and you run a terrific agency.

If I'd thought I'd spend this much time on the situation, I would have and should have just wrote a review.
In my experience, the best indies and agencies appreciate it if you give them the opportunity to make it right when your experience does not meet expectations. It's always a good idea to contact the agency/indy first. Plus, you never know if you might be burning bridges.
If the situation isn't resolved, there's still plenty of time to tell your story.

I agree with both sides. In this forum we are advised and we need to know that info. In Kim's case she tends to take care of business so I am sure she will address the problem. It is not like an indie because KT has loads of yummy women.
Keep us up to date on the back channel that
occurs between fellow hobbyists and BDJ with
regard to this incident.

actually, 2 weeks ago i had a not too pleasent experience with a bdj girl. i ws kept waiting on the street for over 35 min and bdj kept telling me they'll call me back. they never did, but i kept calling them. finally i was given the okay to go on up and out of the hotel room door was another client. kim was tld afterwards,as i was pretty upset and i was a previous customer, but nada was done about it
Why shouldn't it be publicly posted? Isn't that why we use TER? If this info is kept secret, then what's the point of this whole board?
If more members posted the good and the bad, we'd all benefit. Now it seems that a lot are afraid to speak their mind, less someone gets offended. Sort of like the inflated grades kids get in school these days. Wouldn't want to shatter their self esteem now....

Kim, this raises an intersting point. Do any of your girls or your service in general, have any problems seeing clients who are not caucasian?
Every girl on the site has a choice to the guys they see. The best thing to do is call me and ask me if the girl you want to see dates anything other than caucasian.

I do want everyone to know she is a slob and I tell her in the morning to clean up. I really have my hands tied till I get in next Friday to shoot her pics myself. I get alot of guys who do like her but the guys who don't are most likely the type of person I am most like. I hate mess and caos. It shows to me how put together a person upstairs is.My opinion is when you see a mess, you see a mess upstairs in their mind.I am very tossed up about what the next step is if she does not straighten out all of my demands how things should be.Say for example 3 guys say she is GFE and 3 guys say she is not. What do you do?
I have been hearing this through the week 50/50.

You should know that the vulgarity and apparent racism turned me off even more than the sloppiness and poor,totally NON GFE service.
