You have to upload your picture to a photo sharing site on the internet...
Once that is done, you copy and paste the URL of the photo into the picture URL box that appears when you create a post.
Photobucket and Imagecoast are two popular photo sharing sites you can choose from.
That should do it.

They remove photos that violate their terms of use....and also shut down accounts altogether.
They did a BIG shut-down last Spring
