Anyone with any guidance on the best places, methods, great experiences, any advice at all on international hobbying. All responses welcome.
ThanksI've never been to the DR but the Cocal on Jaco Beach, CR, was always great and, if it's open, probably still is. Also not bad is Club Habanos in Panama City but check to be sure it's open. I was there three years ago. Same with CR, which is partly open again. The Cocal has a web site. Link below. Good luck.
