TER General Board

There was a former Ms TER who was busted for having THREE different profiles

I am sure many of us, even the old and feeble BobFromStateFarm, should remember Julias Little Secret, Corrine and the Naked Gourmet. ALL the same provider, but three different rates. She was the laughing stock of the board for quite sometime.

Well at least those of us who didn't bite on the ads for "Corrine" only to find JLS answering the door for $200 more per hour found it funny. Those guys who paid the extra premium to see her weren't laughing I am sure. lol

Different names/websites but uses same pics.  Both identities have reviews as recent as Feb/March 2021.  Also has a few of the same reviewers.  Deep down I know the answer but wondering if theres any real reason for this?

But I just think it is good marketing ... if she charges different rates for different identities is is just an example of tiered pricing.  Some guys think this is unfair, as if fairness has anything to do with marketing.

If fairness had nothing to do with marketing, there wouldn't be entities created to ensure consumers aren't being led astray, and there wouldn't be false advertisement/misleading advertisement lawsuits.

The hobby needs such an entity badly.

Popcorn sales at movie theaters subsidies movie goers who don't buy snacks at the movies.  It's tiered pricing.  Both people get what they want.  Same with coupon clippers versus non coupon users. Same with a provider with multiple identities.  Both clients got what they expected.

I wasn't really talking about tiered pricing, but moreso marketing yourself as different name/persona

If I see provider 1 and not like her...do you agree that if I book provider 2 not knowing it's provider 1, it's NOT me getting what I want? But rather, the opposite?

Now in case the pics are the same, it might be on me for not realizing I've seen her already (and even that is arguable). But if the pics are different?

Honesty and transparency are best for customer retention.

Same girl, same service, different price, one client is going to be VERY pissed when he finds out how he was ripped off.

Just take the case of JLS/Corrine/Galloping Gourmet. There were very few happy clients when the truth came out.

You're in the oil biz.  Ever sell or buy oil from two different customers at different prices on the same day?  One of them would say "unfair!"  Too bad.

Actually one of your dumbest ever. I don't even know where to start to tell you just how dumb a statement you just made.

The first clue you don't know what you are talking about is the inability to talk about it.

Is that I refuse to argue with a fool.

Talking about this with you is simply a waste of time. If you were a physics professor would you debate physics with a three year old? I rest my case. Feel free to have the last word, or several of them if you would like.

Sure, take the case of an airline ticket.  The same ticket price can vary up to a $1000 depending on what day and time of day or where the ticket was purchased ... even though it is the same seat, the same aircrew, the same equipment, the same gallons of jet fuel, the same number of snack peanuts.  The airlines don't vary ticket prices for the benefit of the customers, they do it to maximize their own profits.

That's tier pricing.  There are a bazillion examples of people getting the same product or service at different price points.  There is no particular coherent reason that escorts shouldn't avail themselves of similar tiering if they can carry it out.  I didn't say you couldn't bitch about it, just like we bitch about airline ticket prices.  But it is hardly unethical or illegal.

I don't see it as unfair.  But if you are the guy who dates the higher-priced persona as opposed to the guy who dates the lower-priced persona, it's hard to get over it when you fully understand reality.  I lost a long time ATF over this once.  She worked independently and was fantastic all the way around.  But as she started considering going under the radar, she joined a moderately priced agency to crank up the volume.  When I stumbled across her agency profile, I tried to ignore it but when her agency reviews started rolling in, it was too much.  There was no difference in the quality of her service.  We talked but she simply expected the same from me.  Ultimately, we parted as friends and both lost although in her mind, she probably thought she hadn't lost much of anything.  :(

A few years ago I was browsing EROS ads.  I noticed a girl saying she was available in 5 different cities on the same day.  Boston, Washington DC, etc.  She could not possibly have appointments in more than one of these cities in the same day.  I did not research any further, just considered these ads a scam to stay away from.

It happens all the time.  It COULD be two different people.  One lady is using the other's pics but BOTH have reviews and no one says that one of them isn't the person in the photos.  (this could mean the resemblance is close enough that reviewers were fooled, esp if face isn't shown)

Sometimes, more than one provider is using the same stolen pics and the person actually in them?  Might be retired or in another country or was never an escort, just a model.   ;-)

She was busted for it on this board but I don't recall the outcome.

Say who,  so we are all more informed.

If it's really the same provider,  TER should consolidate the reviews.

I have a vested interest in this as I have an appointment with one (or both?) of them.  I'm going to ask her what's up.

Yes, those are the providers I was talking about.

It appears that both ask for $1500 for 2 hours. So maybe the different names tell her from which ad the client found her? It has to be a marketing strategy as opposed to a tiered pricing strategy.

Hey, I just looked at Samantha Beal profile on TER and judging by the reviews, I'm starting to think they are all fake... Have you met with her?

thanks man

Years ago I saw a girl who marketed different names/persona's--one more "upscale" for Eros and the like and another that she used on Backpage. Both personas charged the same rate, fortunately (although the BP persona may have advertised a 30 minute rate that they other one didn't). And her reviews here were (still are) under one name/account.

Now I know ALOT of girls who have 2/3 ads running with different names, some with websites but the pictures are different.
For the different ads, it's marketing. Each personas have a different menus and price points. A couple girls I know will market themselves as high end, offering a unique experience the FMTY type. While the other persona's ad is for your average Joe, one hour dates, no exotic trips.
But to run the same pictures on both sites? Maybe they're stolen? I dunno but that's strange or just plain carelessness.

This. Almost ten years ago I saw a provider who had fake pics on one site and her real pics in another. Saw her and I noticed in her room she had a burner phone with a Post-It note on it with her “other” name.

I sent this to TER in a "problem report " back in February,

Here's what I got back: "For this problem report please contact TER Customer Support"

Not wasting my time with it after that.

But she is a damn  good-looking lady! May see her on my next Vegas trip.
Second Vaccine shot tomorrow, HAAAAYYYY

I know a very popular girl on here who has 2 TER profiles under different names and different rates. Her second persona charges $500 more per hour. I find it disingenuous, but is it against the rules?

I still think it is great.  If she still gets good reviews at the higher rates, the clients got the fantasy they wanted.  And why should I really care if some idiot is paying 2 or 3 times what I am paying for the same poontang.  I won't be the one paying $1000 for $300 sex.

Questionable to there being some specific TER rule written out here (and I'm certainly not going to search). Profiles are created by the first reviewer, not the provider. TER is not an ad site and does not really have any basis for claiming authority over how any provider wanted to market themself.

However, if the situation is brought to TER's attention with sufficient information for them to agree it's the same person TER will often combine the two profiles into a single profile.

Not every Provider with a Profile is ACTIVELY on TER with an actual account. Each Provider operates her biz as she sees fit. "Marketing" is a part of that. It has been discussed here many times that multiple ads with different prices help ANY business find their best price points and where to get the best ROI (return on investment) upon doing the analysis.
.
E.g., The same item listed as Amazon $150; Company Website $175; Sharper Image $895. (Sorry ... I had to get in my Sharper Image dig.)
.
Sometimes a Provider will use just one name (Alice) on different sites with different prices: $250, $500, $1000.  She might start with different phone numbers or emails, too. The $250 ad that costs her $30 / month gets a lot of traffic from immature callers and time wasters and few completed transactions for the effort. Her $500 ad costs her more per month but gets more completed sales with better clients. The $1000 ad costs more but the pool of $1000 customers is smaller and it barely breaks even on the costs and effort. (Alice knows which ad is being answered from the phone number they call (555-Ali-ce250, 555-Ali-ce500, ..) or from the email (alice250 at ...; alice500 at ..., alice1000 at ...).)  Her TER Profile would likely end up with all three ad links. TER guys would know that Alice250 = 500 = 1000 and decide which number to call to book.  Many would try to book with Alice250 knowing that she is also Alice1000.
.
Sometimes a Provider will advertise under different names to keep track of which ad is working best. Her Alice ad is 250; her Heather ad is 500; her Zelda ad is 1000. If each persona gets reviewed, it might start out as 3 different Profiles. SOMETIMES, TER users will recognize that Alice = Heather = Zelda, report it to Admin, and the Profiles will be merged. The merged Profile then has multiple names, like, "Alice / Heather / Zelda."

I don't think it's against the rules for someone to have more than one Profile with different names. That resulted from her non-TER business model.  I can surely see how someone who booked with Alice1000 and only THEN saw that she is also Alice250 would be annoyed. However, it isn't against the law to advertise and charge different prices. It DOES show the value of doing homework and checking out TER Profiles before contacting!
.
K-girls and AMP girls are RARELY if ever members of TER. Some move around a lot and, for some reason, change their names (Coco in NYC; Nana in Chicago; Haru in San Fran; Tami in LA) or cycle through them. It isn't surprising to see Profiles with 3 or more names.

1) its more likely the photos are stolen  than same girl different pricing      2) may reputable girls show on their site different pricing for different markets    ie  Vegas vs Chicago  or their home town pricing vs touring     this is totally acceptable for a number of reasons and should be respected.

but if you see same photos for different girls ..  i would bet stolen photos.

I have three names .. yes! I know! Crazy. I started with Montero. I was so so new. I went off on TER customer service like an asshole.  I was so desperate to get back on i created Natalie winters. Ha ha. I apologized and the awesome guys at TER allowed me back on. They’re really nice people. I was so out of line back then.. then we have my movies ! My name is Evelyn… i had no input on what my name was gonna be. Basically i did 6 movies , wore what they wanted me to wear and it’s their movie. So they named me. So now after being in the biz for 7 years i have 3 stage names. Nothing nefarious… but i can imagine it looks bizarre :-))) xoxo 😘

You have two names listed in you profile. Check
The third you do not run adds with different rates and pictures . Check
No harm no foul.
Just hot and sexy/
