I had an interesting conversation recently with a fairly new provider and she has just started escorting. During an interlude of great sex, fun and sneezing we were discussing the financial aspects, seeing married men vs single guys, really like sex, great for the ego to have men pay you for sex, etc. There are men out here in Fantasyland that want to save women from this terrible business. My pappaw used to say, "Now you have gone from preaching to meddling".
Please, guys, let these women do their thang as I love women that look like the school librarian but are the hottest damn sex machines behind closed doors.

Financial is the number 1 answer IMHO as I would be in the business if I were a woman--damn good money and I know I would enjoy going to "work".
I am curious as to the other reasons and we men tend to "save" these women from this terrible business and make them "honest women". Is this in our nature as men?
I think for some it never starts out as 'save an escort'. If you both become involved in a mutual love relationship, and she continues to work, as you grow more in love with her, you worry more and more about her safety. The next fear to develop is jealousy. Is she enjoying her clients more than me? This can begin to eat at your soul, and in your own selfishness, you want her out of the business. You may use all the derogatory terms you can when trying to get her to leave the business. But it is only your own emotions and self doubt that is the real cause of what appears to be 'saving her from the business'. I'm sure there are other reasons out there. But this is the one I relate to and can say it happened to me. So it is not save an escort from the biz. It's save the escort that I love, so she will not leave me because she found a better guy she met while escorting.
I saw a similar post on tuscl.com (a strip club site) about why guys would use such sites. The poster suggested that user were looking either to identify good strip clubs or to identify girls who needed "saving." Only holier than thou a**holes would do the latter. Same for TER. When encountering such a self-rightous A**hole I hope most girls take their money and go on with their lives.
