Parafrenular Glands mistaken for STD / Insecurity with models

So, unfortunately I was "blessed" with a normal condition called parafrenular glands "tyson glands" on either side of my frenulum - they're small oversized glands lined up symmetrically on both sides on the underside of the head of my penis.

While they aren't hideous, I've always been self conscious they will be perceived as an STD. I've been to multiple dermatologists that have confirmed they are a normal condition, as well as a plastic surgeon, who have advised me against having them removed, citing they are nothing to worry about and can be quite painful and/or unsuccessful in removal.

This has been a lifelong insecurity of mine and my sex life has suffered from it. There is a great agency I want to use but I feel my condition may be off putting to models - i'm not sure how to approach the subject. Should I message the agency and explain? Do I just need to find a model I can explain the condition to? Again, they aren't hideous, just slightly irregular and I would hate to make a model feel uncomfortable in any way.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

All you need to do is mention the condition when booking your date, and bring along a medical certificate that will let the provider verify that it's a non-contagious skin condition. And to any government officials that read this board, this is a prime example of why escorts are a necessary part of society. This is why bullshit like FOSTA/SESTA harms us all.

I have this too. It's barely noticeable and perfectly symmetrical so I've never had an simply explaining it to women. As a bit of a newbie hobbyist I haven't been in a situation where it's come up at all. A medical certificate seems like a good idea although I haven't thought about asking for one before. Then again I dunno if yours look different or are more noticeable and therefore cause more of an issue.

Yeah, its such a bummer because I'm 100% clean and I feel like I still have the shame of having an STD. Mine are noticeable, but not hideous by any means.

I wonder if/where I can even get a medical certificate for something like this. My dermatologist, a clinic?

I haven't used a service yet because of this. I'm thinking about emailing them to see what they say. If they recommend getting them removed or something I may just have to see a urologist and see what my options are. My plastic surgeon said laser tend to be very painful and ineffective.

Sigh. I appreciate the input

I don't have parafrenular glands. What I have is extra, irregular skin on the edge of the circumcision. This happened because the surgeon who did my circumcision when I was 7 y.o. screwed up. I ended up with an incomplete circumcision. The edge of the skin is irregular and not smooth with some knobs of skin. My urologist said He could modify but there is no issue with health. So, I refused. I have been hobbying regularly, seeing 2  occasionally, 3 providers a month, for 7 years and only 1 provider questioned me.
