I noticed that as a provider, I don't get notified when a review for me is submitted or accepted. I think we should be notified by TER when a new review is posted. They only way I know to expect a review is if a client lets me know they submitted one. It shouldn't just be a surprise that there's a new review one day.

Then you will get an email every time you get a new review.

Another step? I've got some favorites but I don't get emails about new reviews. I seem to recall a checkbox or option to turn that ON but I can't find it in my settings. Is it the same setting as "notify me when someone replies to my post" kind of thing? I can't find that box, either.

You click on your name up in the upper left hand corner after you log on, and a menu drops down.   Click on the item that allows for an email every time any of your favorites is updated.

Doh! There they are:
Email Favorites Updates [ ]
Email Notification Of New Personal Message [ ]
.
Note that it's an email to your "outside" email, not a PM to your TER Private Mail.
Isn't there also a checkbox for notifications if someone replies to one of your posts?

Between your subject live and the message box:

Private message me on response
Email message me on response
