How about a "Play safe in X" thread, where everyone posts suggestions about avoiding hassles/trouble, what suburbs to avoid, etc. You could make it "play safe in LA", "play safe in New york" etc. Just make it a standard board, like a town discussion board.
"Hay, everybody! Hotel ABC in DEFville is clean and safe! The cops don't know anything about it! I sure hope that LE doesn't read this and set up surveillance or sting operations at Hotel ABC. ... Don't complain here if they do."
