I disagree to the umpteenth degree with this policy but it is what it is at least for now. I don't like a number system much regardless - but performance should be based on performance and not the menu provided. There is always a YMMV notation in the narrative available if a gent wants to indicate that he didn't get the profiled menu.
I am very confused and I just wanna ask:I got a call from a previous client, who wanted to set up a time for us to meet again. After I noticed he was one of my clients who had wrote a review on me and scored me a 7. When we did meet up again after a naughty, fun time, we got into a discussion in regards to the review> HE told me that he gave me a 9 in performance but I was only given a 7 based on the info he put into the description.
my first thought was this guy most be bs me: but than why would he come back for seconds??
I am pretty new to ter so my first question is; if i date a client and I am given a score of 9, based on what he felt: How is that when the review is posted it says 7: is this possible or am i being BS.

Your client was quite probably telling you the truth. Here is a direct quote from the guidelines that TER has established for reviewers when they submit a review. (Note, this is only rule number 7 of 15):

"In order to keep our performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider is only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she is willing to perform one or some of the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, and Anal Sex. For each of these services that are offered, her potential max score is raised by one point, with 10 as an absolute maximum.
This does not mean she earns extra points for offering the service(s); just that she is now eligible for a higher score. Her maximum eligible score is based on what is offered, not what is performed during your session with her. You may or may not be interested in the “extra” services she offers, but the fact she offers them makes her eligible for the higher score.
If your review rates a provider higher than her maximum score, the score will be adjusted down to her maximum."

Therefore, depending on the specific services you wish to share with you clients, you may indeed be starting off with a 7, 8, or 9 as your highest possible score. Many guys complain about it, but it is TER's web site and they are within their rights to set the rules.
So, to recap, if I go in and have fairly vanilla sex but it's amazingly wonderful, with the most beautiful girl of my dreams, even tho it was 'just sex', I want to give a 10, but the girl will get a 7.
My question is this... If a guy does not want anal, bbbj, french, and doesn't care about bi, but the guy plans to review her, should he ask? And what is the right way to ask?
"Hi, I don't really want anal, but if I did, would you be okay with it?" That just sounds a bit corny.

This can be an awkward situation when it comes time to write the review.
I am a pretty vanilla guy myself, so when I am filling in a review for a provider that already has a profile, I simply answer the things I don't know about (such as 'more than one guy', 'really bi', 'anal', etc.) the same way her current profile reads. Obviously, if I know something to be incorrect from her profile, I will fill in the correct answer (say she DFK with me but it says 'Don't Know' on the profile).
But, this last thing can be tricky. There is often a YMMV element to anyone's encounter with a provider. At times, you and she may really hit it off and some menu items become available that aren't already in her profile. Case in point, I saw one provider whose profile said, "CIM = No". Well, I guess I got lucky. Since I knew that it wasn't normally offered, I did in fact ask her after we were done whether I should try to update the profile or mention it in my review (she said, "Please don't" to both).
Then, there is the situation when you see a lady and she has no existing TER profile. In that case you are either going to have to ask, or fill the profile in with, "Don't Know" for those things you didn't do. You'll have to gauge your comfort level with her in order to decide how to handle it.
Hey, all this stuff is not 'end of the world' important. If you get it wrong, the worst case scenario is that she has to contact TER Admin and ask for her profile to be corrected.
Personally, I try not to think about a review until well after I have left a date with a provider. I don't want my brain getting in the way of the fun.

... that a variety of STDs can be transmitted via BBBJ; I really do not believe a provider should be penalized for failure to provide it.
In other words, I don't think a provider should be penalized for valuing her health and that of her clients.
I think Im in love>>>perfection I mean you hit it right on the dot.. I respect everyones wishes to make there own choice as an adult but why are us providers who dont offer bbbj penalized.. I mean hello: Im only 22 years old and if advertising here means I have to take more risk than I already do being a provider: than hey im ok with an occasional call every few weeks.

Because of the STD risk I always ask for the CBJ. But I don’t see a rating of 7 as being penalized. When I look at reviews I think of it as a scale of 1-7 for performance, and if it’s over 7 it means she offers “extras” I may or may not care about.
You're rare and I like the way you put this. I would never score over a 7 due to covered activities...therefore why should I be reviewed if I am being penalized for being safe? The only area I differ in opinion is I do feel we are being penalized...for being safe.
