...the dude working at local Wine and Beer store handing out samples.. No seriously...
a pimply, 15-year-old boy trying (and failing) to play Grown-Up.
"adult beverage" at 9%ABV makes you look a little lightweight, don't you think? If you're going to go easy on the alcohol level, take a nice champagne, not a beer. Shots are even better. Just remember the old saying when it comes to bedding women. . . . . "Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker."
💯 This kid is a fucking pest who uses TER Boards like they were Penthouse Forum in the 70s.
Anyone who has a little bit of class and taste will never brag about drinking beer.. Beer is what you drink at local dive bar whilst enjoying Football and getting rowdy when your team scores a pick 6.
I bet you dollar to a doughnut this loser has never tasted a good scotch or fine wine.
I think he jerks off when we beat up on him.. I think he has masochist tendencies of special order.
I would take exception to that claim. Beers (both lagers and ales) have a rich variety of styles and complex characteristics. I personally hate scotch but do appreciate the subtleties and complexity many offer but you can make similar claims about the cheap, low quality scotch -- or any whiskey, gin, vodka, or wine -- it's only good for getting drunk and rowdy (often while pretending to be sophisticated but only pulling of ignorant and snobby).
While I'm not a big fan of the Belgium beers like Chimay I seriously doubt you will find any dive bar that serves it -- unless of course it's one that specialized in world beers. (Or perhaps owned by a Belgian that is
...a very high class provider. It IS an adult beverage for sophisticated palates. An "adult beverage" isn't only about alcohol content.
Your cut-rate K-girls only offer you the cheap swill they pick up at Daiso.
I wasn't talking about a specific beer, but rather the whole vibe around drinking beer. Sure there are expensive beers and cheap scotch and wines, just like you can buy a high end Hyundai and cheap ass Mercedes / BMW. But try impressing someone by telling them you bought top of the line Hyundai. The brand just doesn't lend itself to those kind of bragging rights.
Even though most Kgirls I know will drink beer after their shift is over to wind down, it's not something I would bring them if I was expecting to make an impression that I might have a little bit of class. I associate beer drinking with a night out with the bro's and watching football on the big screen at a sports bar. Ironically, women have told me the same thing. When they go out with their girlfriends is the only time they drink beer . . . . . because they can drink all night without busting their budget. I have always considered drinking beer with a woman as being in the "friend zone", not with someone I'm fucking, whether she's a pro or a civvie.
LOL, so you're good with the showing off ignorance as a form of snobbery. You're view or vib regarding drinking beer might be that but there a lots of people that don't share that view.
As for trying to impress anyone, I have zero need for that. I learned a long time ago as a child to walk my own path and not worry about what others think about it. I also find that most that seem to need to impress, or view other's with that type of lens, are generally not worth impressing and often not very impressive. More bluntly, they seem to come across as rather needy and pathetic to me.
A good bottle of aged Champagne is always in order when a celebration has come around!
I have a date tonight at the theatre with my ATF to see a new play. He got us VIP tickets & a table right in front. We always toast to our healthy, wealth & celebration of life! After over a decade strong it’s a must to celebrate to our continued success. Idk what we will be drink, but it’s also my Birthday celebration kick off for next month. Lol! We have some really great times together.
