what is the norm in regard to this?  
should you tip more readily for an agency girl since they take a cut?
is it mandatory?

if an agency is run properly, ALL the escorts work on Tips. "the agency fee is 70 (100, 150...) and the escorts work on tips, they will discuss that with you when they call you back..."
with us indys, we have to tell you what the cost of service is, and if you really enjoyed yourself and you'd like the opportunity to move up in the queue... Yes Tip.
more money is always nice... thats just common sense, sweetie.

When dealing with agency girls, the tip is what you offer at the end of service, after negotiating the fee for service (they call it a tip), if you've really enjoyed yourself.

Tipping is never mandatory, particularly when dealing with independents. But I think you should tip, when a wonderful lady has shown you a good time. The time has been very personal, and you should show her that you value the effort she's put into it.

The typical tip ranges from 20 to 100 or more if you're particular generous, grateful, or loaded.

best tip story (i may have said this before)
had a lunch date with a fellow in his late 50s... and i was starting off with my usual bbbj and he said: that feels wonderful, but i'm not gonna cum...
i said: bet you a dollar!
we smiled and i proceded and he Sure Did!
sweet thing was, he didnt actually have a dollar, so he gave me another 100.
Now That was a NICE tip.
