Curious how does one attach photos to your comments. I have tried cutting and paste but it does not allow me to paste.

...so it has a URL. You copy/paste the URL into the picture URL box at the bottom of the page that opens when you click to reply to a post or when you click to start a new thread.

Here are some more detailed links to older posts.  But basically:
1. TER does not "host" image files; you cannot upload image files to TER.
2. You can only insert a URL of an acceptable image file in the "Picture URL" box.
These are acceptable file types:  .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp or .gif  
AND the image must be publicly accessible. I am going to post a weather map from a public weather site.
3. TER serves as the middle man when sometimes opens a post with a pic. TER sends a request to the embedded link site. The link site sends the image file to your browser.
