Have any of you NY guys seen this provider?

 
She has no reviews, and a Google search comes up with no ads anywhere. She says on her website she tales P411 for screening but I can't find her on P411. On top of everything else she requires a 40% deposit.  

 
She does have an X account but she seems to not post much except reposts of other providers. I figure that either she's brand new or a scam.
