A complete circus. If not for Jade - I would've burned their number a long time ago. And now, even for Jade, it's totally not worth the headache.
Velvet consistently flakes out on appointments, even when confirming 2 hours before. This is not just a one-off - but for over a year, their hit rate is around 33-50% for how often the girl shows up. And it's been trending down. You're entirely wasting your time booking with Matt. Especially for out-of-towners. They crow about professionalism in their ads and on their site. Ashley showed not looking like pics, took donation from counter, tried to stage an argument then left. The agency swore this was the first time happening and they would talk with her about returning the donation........haven’t heard from them. I think there’s 3 good agencies. XO, Euphoria, vog.
