Once a firm date has been set, all communications regarding the party will be made via Evite messages to those screened and on the Evite email list. There will be minimal information given out on the boards.

The initial batch of formal invitations will be going out in mid August to those who have been screened. Additional invitations will be sent out to those who request one, and meet the screening requirements, as necessary, up until two weeks before the party.

The Carolina Meet and Greet will be held in one of the 3 cities listed below.
