If the latter, I can't help you as I haven't found anyplace willing to go beyond a rub and tug, the as to the former, there is the venerable Mandala's on Walnut Street in Newton.

Farther out west in Worcester, I've found a place called Asian Island where the gals will give a good firm massage on request.  They are at the intersection of Park Ave and Fairfield Street.

 
Both places are strictly a HE, fully dressed, but with a little luck you can reach under their garments now and then.
