Woodhull wins the 1st round against FOSTA

Woodhull Wins FOSTA Appeal Washington, D.C.— January 24, 2020 - Today the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals revived Woodhull's challenge to FOSTA. The court ordered that the constitutional challenge be sent back to the district court for a ruling on the merits. Now it goes back to that idiot judge who just wanted to get rid of the case (legal experts correct me if wrong -- it would be nice to get a new draw for a judge).
The best outcome would be to get a court to strike down the law as unconstitutional and for Justice to let it drop. Congress is unlikely to repeal and few want to make a public challenge to 'sex traffickers.'
