For those who have been following the FOSTA challenge, 75% of the original brief was about COYOTE RIs 2018 after FOSTA survey.  COYOTE now has movement lawyers drafting an amicus brief in support of the FOSTA challenge. However, they told us we need more recent data on the effects FOSTA/SESTA has had on our community. So we are launching a new survey and then we will be conducting another focus group. We need to have all this data back to the attorneys by August 8th so they have a few weeks to draft the amicus brief by the Sept deadline.

To participate in the survey you need to have done in-person work, and advertised online before FOSTA, right after FOSTA, and recently. Please consider taking the survey and sharing it with your networks.
