massage first

Would this be a strategy to consider when meeting a provider for the first time?

Call to make an appointment for a massage.  If they mention anything like a hj or bj or anything, say "I'm just looking for a massage, nothing more, and I'd like to set up an appointment."

If they agree, go through with the appointment, and don't push the envelope at all.  If she gives you more than you asked for, so be it.  If not, at the end you say "Thanks - I will be interested in seeing you again, and going further next time we're together.  I just wanted to be extra careful this time since I don't know you."

The only situation you're talking about is if you go to see someone who is posing as a provider. If it's a sting, they will arrest you just for showing up, no matter what you've said your intentions were. They will likely let the session begin, so as to collect evidence against you (the exchange of money, touching the girl in any way, alowing her to touch you in any way, and especially any provocative words you say.)

But if it's a sting, they will site or arrest you no matter what transpires. Your method may, that is might, reduce the amount of evidence collected against you, making a conviction highly unlikely.

If you're smart, you'd detect the sting fairly early. There would be questions from the girl about "what do you want? Are you sure that's all you want? Would you like me to touch you there?" etc... If she starts asking questions of any kind, I would walk away.

I would think it very unusual that she would go through a massage session and then invite you back to arrest you later.

Save yourself all the worry. See a provider who is well-reviewed.

Florida LE has upped the charge for practicing massage without a license to a felony.  Unless the provider is a licensed masseuse, making appts. for a massage will land her in a big heap of trouble, a lot worse than if she were arrested for "P".

"Florida LE has upped the charge for practicing massage without a license to a felony."

Amazing.  Could you please provide a reference?

That may work w/some, but most ladies now know.. especially ones that have worked in massage palors know that now unless you are licensed in your state to give massages, it is a harsher penility than selling sex! At least in MD it is. If someone calls me about a massage I am very quick to tell them that I am not licensed! That is just what LE does in many areas. They think if they can't get them on one charge, then they will get them on another! So, I would say don't ask for a massage from a lady unless she is licensed. I have turned many calls asking for massages! When they shut down massage palors in MD that were selling sex, they got them for giving massages w/out a license not prostitution!
