Looks like Lexington just got it's own board, welcome to the fun! I've found myself dropped into your city for an odd work weekend and wondering if I should check out the local scene. Usually I would do a lot of reading back through old threads to get an idea of what things are like around here: areas of town to avoid, websites most commonly used, all time favorites, how likely I light be to find someone interesting/safe on such short notice, how much attention the hobby world's gotten from prying eyes recently. That sort of thing. This is a lot to ask, of course, but not a terrible place I start! I'm from the Carolinas board and that somehow seems to work fairly well. Long term it's great for the area because people like me can do our research before getting to town. Also, a well used board that starts to include regional info is easily expanded later by the site management.
