Would really love to see this board take off, there are so many lovely ladies in lexington
In my opinion a few things would make this board more active.
1. Turn it into a Kentucky state board instead of just Lexington. It makes absolutely no sense to not have the entire state to advertise and shop from especially as large as Louisville is as well as many other areas. It is just untapped potential.
2. Promotion of the board amongst the ladies and the gentlemen. I don't think enough people are either aware of the board or how important it is to research reviews or the validity of a provider. I know there are many providers in KY but I never see them advertise on here for whatever reason. Also I know from talking to the local guys since a certain other review board which was the main board in KY changed and basically went away guys do not know where to look. Many of them went to another certain board (1 that I personally refuse to advertise on or associate myself with) just because they do not where else to look. Most of my TER clientele here in KY are out of town guys that know to shop TER. They are for the most part not local hobbyists.
3. Having a KY city available to put on a KY providers profile. For example admin told me that even though I am Lexington based and even though there is a Lexington board I still cannot add Lexington to my profile. I have to choose the nearest city. So my profile says Cincinnati only because it is a listed city. I am rarely in Cincinnati anymore but I am stuck using that as my city. Then what happens is I get flooded with emails and texts inquiring about my availability in Cincinnati because a search brings up that I am a Cincinnati provider and I have to explain to them I am not based there and rarely come there. I wouldn't advertise on the OH board that I am going to be in Lexington or Louisville so why do I have to be stuck with an OH city on my profile just because the distance is closest. IT IS COMPLETELY MISLEADING TO THE HOBBYIST!
I have posted these issues/requests on the suggestion board but it brought no changes. I know that I have personally committed to promoting TER here in KY if they made it a KY board and allow me to add Lexington as my home city. I think we are just too restricted so therefore the board isn't as active as it could be.
TER ADMIN Please chime in on this subject. Also ladies please voice your opinions and suggestions on this. ~N.M.~
