Be careful. With that much income your Medicare IRMA will substantially increase. 
And it will continue for several years post income even if you have zero income. Bureaucratic efficiencies. It took the IRS almost 2 years to get me a refund from 2019 but processed my electronic payment this morning in under 2 minutes.
