Kstarnova shutdown due to second report by neighbor resident. Maybe this agency is done since people can not be discreet? 🤔

some clients just don't care, don't want to follow instruction, don't want to keep it low key.....
hope Kstar comes back soon and get rid of those  mindless careless clients

How are client's being loud?  In bed?  Walking up is silent. They open the door quietly so no one can hear the door close.  The only sound a client can make is if they are talking in the hallways and I can't imagine any client making themselves known.

Maybe it was the squeaking sound coming from the plywood underneath the mattress that vibrated through the floor with every thrust and rocking back and forth.
I found the squeaking sound was to bit of a distraction.

Do hope they find a new, and perhaps better, location.

Right on Jensen! I was told they will move to different location. Maybe will take a month.

If they are moving it will take at least a month.  Applications take 1-2 weeks to process and leases begin at the start of the month.  If they are applying to new locations now, the soonest they get into a place would be March 1st and that's very quick.  If you look around there are not many rentals available in the Tysons area.

Agreed. Maybe that shows how little they about the process and availability. So, realistically it may take long than they think.

I find it hard to believe this was over noise.  During daytime hours neighbors cannot complain about noise unless it's over a certain decibel.  I have extensive management experience.  Even if a renter had two toddlers running around upstairs for 10 hours straight there is nothing management can do unless it's after quiet hours.  Therefore, it was something else such as having too many guests in the building or somehow finding out what the apartment was used for.

Clients are quiet walking and the doors close softly so it's not noise.  It's something else.

Seems like a number of people here got sidetracked into not discreet implying making noise. I agree with your point that it is unlikely that this was about noise but something else. Such as not following the instructions and then doing things that attracted attention. Exactly what I suspect we will never know outside a few that are on more personal terms with the agency owner.

That said, funny story from the past. Probably back in 2014 or 15 maybe one of the older agencies has a place for only a short time. It was a kind of odd, and open layout for the foyer (big two story open area with central stairs leading to the 2nd floor units). They were really concerned about noise the neighbors might hear. When you entered there was a path of door mats, looking a bit like stepping stones, from the entry door to the bedroom. The girls were always very careful to step on mats. As I would be sock feet or barefoot it really didn't matter for me. But the girls were always wearing the spikes. Why they didn't just forego the shoes I'm not sure. Maybe a lot of guys just get off on it or something.

I don't think they kept the location of even 6 months.

Some of the best k-girls I've met have been through here.  They just don't operate quietly.  First, it's better to only have one bedroom in the apartment versus having two bedrooms.  Sure, they make more money but now there are twice as many people walking in and out.  Be smart.  Rent one bedroom only so it's one girl per apartment.  Second, spread out the appointments more.  Even if a girl only say 4-5 guys a day they are still raking in almost $8,000 to $9,000 a week.  Better to be safe than have issues.

Real shame.  I loved Apple K from here.  She was one of my favorites in recent years.
