I'm sorry this happened to you.

 
Report her to TER;  via posting this on the "General Board" also.
Additionally report her to P411, which she appears to be a member.

 
These "bad apples" ruin it for the best of us whom are truly proud of our  
professional reputations of integrity.

 
I've cancelled only twice in over 10 years of business due to my Father  
passing away.

 
The secondary scenario was me waking up to a severe case of  "strep throat",  
which is highly contagious.

 
I offered the gents a free hour when rescheduling at a later date, as a genuine  
apology for having to cancel the day of our schedule.

 
I've been cancelled on last-minute so many times I've lost count, by upstanding,  
wealthy, regular clientele and also newbies, thoroughly-screened and vetted.

 
(Sometimes it's the wealthier clients whom think nothing of last-minute cancels as  
 if their time is more valuable then mine, which I find odd, as "everyone's" time is  
 always valuable!)

 
Hence my decision for instilling a "Deposit" and "Cancellation" policy after the Covid.    

 
Do your research Sir, enabling your enjoyment in meeting with the many whom have  
stellar reputations for follow-through.
