I would say for me it depends on the lady and her build.  A few of my favorites are a woman who can wear jeans well.  Not too tight, but tight enough to see what a great ass she has.  And if they are particularly buxom, a tee shirt with the jeans.  With the shirt coming off first before a passionate make out session.  I am also keen on thigh high stockings reaching any where from just above the knee to a few inches below the hem on her skirt.  Thigh high boots are a turn on too.  Especially if the woman has muscular or well defined legs.  I can remember one particular woman who was wearing jeans and a zip up sweat shirt.  She just turned around to face me and unzipped her shirt to reveal an amazing pair of breasts.  That image will be forever etched in my memory.  I also think it depends on the woman and what she feels sexy in.  I'm not having fun if she isn't having fun.
