Either they're the same person, or one of them is lying about a photo.
Considering #13 in Rose's gallery has been photoshopped to remove the studio name (check the seam on the pillow) then my guess is Rose doesn't own the photos herself, but borrowed them from a "similar enough" model.

You'll come across several older links that way, and may have to use the drop down option on some links to view the cached version. The few reviews are fairly positive, but do note the pictures aren't recent. If she's that good at escorting, and has a persona that matches the reviews, and her body matches the pictures, then why are her reviews sporadic over three years? Then again, maybe that's why you're asking TER for info!

The profile pic on facebook is the same one on the twitter page you provided and if you scroll down the twitter page you can see many of the same photos as on the lady of knightsbridge website. But, on the facebook page, it says she is a nurse in Massachusetts. So, the twitter page for the MMA girl definitely has the same face pic as the facebook page. There is a conflict though...says she was born and bred in london and went to english schools where as the facebook page says catholic school in the US. On the second facebook link it also says she (the MMA person) got married in August. I really have no idea if the 2 facebook pages are related or not. But it is so weird that the twitter pic is the same one as on the first facebook page.
Previously I had found 2 reviews on punterplanet but authenticity is hard to determine. I couldn't find the other reviews you were referring to but perhaps these are the same punter planet one or I just don't know how to use the cache version option. It is curious that she doesn't advertise on more mainstream sites. Maybe this is intentional and maybe the misdirection and conflicts on the various pages is intended to conceal identity which I can understand.
