There seem to be a few regular agencies, but France has a rather odd law that allows prostitution but not advertising of it. Brothels are also a no-go. It seems to promote (perhaps unintentionally) streetwalkers rather than escorts, which to me sounds like a terrible system that leaves people unprotected.
