Three truckers stop at rest area for lunch.    Two of them order Cheeseburgers and the third a hot dog.    The heavy set waitress brings their orders.    Takes out one cheeseburger from her right arm pit.    Trucker asks why.   Do you have a  problem?   It keeps burger warm.     She takes out the second cheeseburger from her left arm pit.    Trucker does not say a word.   The third trucker says "I cancel my hot dog" !
