I am a hobbyist where I live and frequent Fargo and Grand Forks regularly. Where I'm from I have several trusted boards and sites where I can arrange rendezvous' with trusted providers. I'm finding it difficult to find sources for the previous mentioned cities and typically avoid BP as it is usually scam or bait and switch where I live. Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Some providers that visit will advertise on these two boards. Even some providers on BP have reviews on TER.
