1) Downtown - Businessmen are back from vacation by then, so setting up downtown within walking distance of Howe St. should help promote daytime business. As well, for you, it is the best area to hang-out if you are not busy/on vacation.

Hotel choices in Vancouver are mind-boggling. Near Howe there is the Four Seasons, Metropolitan, Hilton, Sutton Place, the top-rated Rosewood Hotel Georgia, and many, many more, all at least four stars. Vancouver has more 5 stars than New York.

Check ahead to see who uses card key elevator access.

2) Yaletown - a lot of ladies keep condos there, very upscale funky area, like SoHo, but more contemporary accommodations. There are nice hotels in the area.

3) Airport - Catch businessmen on stopovers, especially the Chinese. A lot of hotels there. The Fairmont Vancouver Airport is right at the terminal, and is a five star. You would also get some Chinese businessmen from nearby Richmond who want a change from their steady diet of Asian.

4) Rogers Arena/ BC Place Stadium – The professional hockey and football arenas. Something about sports that makes a Canadian boy horny. Check out the Vancouver Canucks home game schedule for late October, and come when the team is playing in town. L'Hermitage hotel is near there.

Where to advertise: I will pm you.

Two main differences for you when you are here:
* you won't have to worry about LE
* you are likely going to have to lower your rates

Also what I like to do when on tour is connect with local established ladies so you can offer duos right off the bat.

Have fun!

The great thing about Vancouver is that it's a small enough that you can get around the downtown core easily no matter where you stay, but Yaletown or Coal Harbour are the best options for hosting high-end clients. Plus, the gentlemen here are awesome and love to treat themselves to visiting ladies ;)
Safeoffice has a list of hotels that don't use key-card access only elevators, but if you need any help narrowing it down, feel free to PM .    xo
