Here's a hint to find new massages that have posted since the last time you visited this board. Click the 'Find Message' button (at the bottom left on any of the Forum pages). This link takes you to a search box. Obviously you can search by keyword or message author. However, if you just a list of all the messages that have posted in the last day, change the 'From' date range box to '1' and click Submit. This is especially useful to find new replies to old threads. On most days, somebody replies to an old post on page 2 or 3. If you use this tool, you won't miss any new posts.
