Has the BNG service made its way into this region (Birmingham, specifically)?  If so, is it normally done on an incall, outcall, or either basis?

 Haven't hobbied in AL for well over 15 years, but biz will return me soon, so trying to perform my due diligence.  Normally prefer a longer visit, but this trip will run on a very time schedule.

What is a regional offering and what is bng service?

Thanks for asking - I probably failed to make my query clear.  

My question was intended to determine if a particular activity had made it's way onto the  "hobby menu" in the Alabama [specifically the Birmingham] area.  Travelling nationwide on a monthly basis has shown me that some things are considered to be "part of the game" in one area but completely ignored in others.  That was the reference to "regional" - to see if this region recognized this activity.

Specifically the acronym refers to a short visit , usually 15 to 30 min, that focuses solely on oral pleasure -  
aka:   [Insert the obvious verb here]-N-Go ,  resulting in the acronym BNG.
