I have been seeing my doctor in bhm for years and he has always been professional and respectful. On a recent visit he began telling me that his wife has been very sick for a while and knowing what I do for a living if I could refer him to someone. I told him about TER and P411 and he has made an account on p411.  
I don't personally know any other providers and it would be a huge conflict of interest for me to see him, but this would probably make a good low maintenance sugar daddy situation for someone local.  
He wants someone he can connect with and go on trips with eventually.  
He told me he doesn't like heavy smokers and prefers if they don't smell strongly of smoke. Other than that I think if you are reasonably attractive and ok with older men you would probably be a good fit. If you know of anyone who might be interested in meeting him I can pass along their info. I don't know what his budget is but he is a doctor with offices in Greystone, hoover and Homewood so he's probably done pretty well for his self.
